Non-residential buildings, instead, decreased by 12.4% in the fourth quarter 2025 (quarter on previous quarter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The number of dwellings in new buildings increased by 8.7% in the fourth quarter 2025 with respect to the same quarter a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In comparison with the same quarter a year ago, the useful floor area was up 10.0%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Non-residential area decreased by 0.4% in the fourth quarter 2025, compared with the same quarter a year ago, reversing the previous trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
