{"id":110549,"date":"2025-11-19T07:57:02","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T06:57:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.istat.it\/?p=110549"},"modified":"2025-11-19T08:00:47","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T07:00:47","slug":"the-seventh-edition-of-the-permanent-census-on-school-desks-kicks-off","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.istat.it\/en\/news\/the-seventh-edition-of-the-permanent-census-on-school-desks-kicks-off\/","title":{"rendered":"The seventh edition of The Permanent Census on school desks kicks off"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On 6 November 2025, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=FvbLemBhN-Y\"><strong>new edition of The Permanent Census on school desks<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>begins, the initiative promoted by Istat, thanks to the collaboration of the Ministry of Education, and aimed at <strong>primary and lower secondary schools<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children and young people will be taken on a journey towards understanding censuses and official statistics, through a <strong>training course<\/strong> that will conclude with a <strong>Contest<\/strong>, divided into a statistical competition, titled \u2018Censigare\u2019 (<strong>25 March 2026<\/strong>), and a competition of ideas on the theme &#8216;Census and Territory&#8217; (<strong>24 April 2026<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every teacher, after collecting the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.istat.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/01-Modulo-Autorizzazione-alunni-2025.pdf\">authorisations<\/a> from their pupils and reading the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.istat.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/04-Informativa-comunicazioni-2025-26.pdf\">information notice<\/a>, can enrol the class using the <a href=\"https:\/\/registrazioni.istat.it\/censimentobanchidiscuola\/modulo-iscrizione.php\">form<\/a>, available <strong>from 6 November to 20 December 2025<\/strong>.
