Non-residential buildings grew by 13.6% in the second quarter 2025 (quarter on previous quarter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The number of dwellings in new buildings decreased by 7.3% in the second quarter 2025 with respect to the same quarter a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In comparison with the same quarter a year ago, the useful floor area was down 1.6 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Non-residential area dropped by 3.8% in the second quarter 2025, compared with the same quarter a year ago, reversing the previous trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
