Every ten years, the Industry and services census describes the characteristics of the productive system by area and micro-area, providing the most detailed source of information available.
The 9thIndustry and services census will be performed in 2012. The initial results will be published in spring 2013.
The census reference date is 31 December 2011. The census is divided into three different surveys:
