In March 2012 the seasonally adjusted index increased by 9.5% compared with the previous month. The percentage change of the average of the quarter January-March, with respect to the previous quarter, decreased by 8.9%.
The calendar adjusted index of production in construction sector in March 2012 decreased by 9.2% compared with March 2011 (calendar working days were 22 as in March 2011); in the period January-March 2012 the percentage change was -14.1% compared with the same period of 2011.
The unadjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 9.2% compared with March 2011. Comparing the average of the first two months of 2012 with the same period of 2011 the index decreased by 12.4%
