Construction costs index for residential building

The construction costs index for residential building approximates the quarterly evolution of costs of the residential construction sector. Since the first quarter 2009 the indices are calculated with reference to the base year 2005.

In the first quarter 2012 the index increased by 1.6% compared with the previous quarter.

The index rose by 2.6% compared with the first quarter of 2011.
